How can I cancel my order?
All of our systems are fully automated, which means that the cancellation of orders isn’t always possible. However, you can cancel items that are out of stock or on pre-order before they are dispatched.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, as long as it has been ordered before 2pm. If your item is in stock, delivery times may be even quicker. You will receive an email confirming dispatch as soon as your order leaves us.
